Shipping

Within Sweden

All shipments are sent through the Swedish postal service PostNord or Budbee. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail. The parcel will be delivered directly to your home or your closest post office and you will be notified when you can pick it up. Choose between different Delivery Options in check-out.

Postnord: You can track your Postnord-order by typing in your tracking number here.
Budbee - You will receive a text message with a tracking link, click on the link to track your package or download Budbee's app (click here!) to change delivery time and more. 
Bring: You can track your bring-shipment by typing in your tracking number here.

Within Europe

In Europe (the European Union) we offer free shipping on orders over 100 EUR. All shipments are sent with DHL or UPS and you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.

Delivery time:
UPS Standard: 2-4 working days
DHL: 2-5 working days

Internationally 

We offer free shipping for all orders over 100 EUR outside of Europe (the European Union). All shipments to countries outside of Europe are sent with UPS and you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. The consumer is responsible for paying any customs fees/taxes for shipments outside of the EU. 

VAT or import fees are determined at local customs and are out of our control. As such, the customer will always have to pay any and all applicable VAT fees.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an order after receiving it. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Returns within Sweden

With your Postnord shipment, you will receive a return note. Put it on the parcel and return your goods. You can leave it in a post office or in a postbox. If you got your order delivered with Budbee, read more about how to book a return here. After we receive the parcel we will make a refund and send you an email.  The return fee is 59 kr.

Returns internationally

For customers outside of Sweden the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. Always register your return with our customer support customerservice@organista.se before sending items back. Please provide us with the order number, item number/s of the articles that you want to return. If returned items are shipped internationally, clearly mark the package RETURNED GOODS to avoid any customs charges. Always make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you got them. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • The shipment cost will be refunded on orders within Sweden. The shipment cost on international orders will not be refunded.
  • Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
  • Late or missing refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@organista.se.
Non-refundable items

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the issue date. Gift cards are non-refundable. If you don't spend the full gift card amount you will get a gift card for the remaining amount to spend at a later occasion. 

Exchanges

Organista cannot administrate exchanges of purchased items. If you want to change the product, color or size, return your product as described above and then place a new order in our shop.

Complaints

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@organista.se and wait for our reply. Then send your item to:

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed packages will be charged with an unclaimed parcel fee of 149 SEK. This covers the cost of administration, return of goods, and any other handling.  If you change your mind and want to cancel your purchase after the parcel has been dispatched, you have to claim your parcel at your designated delivery point and send it back to us. Should the parcel not be claimed, it will automatically be registered as unclaimed and will be debited as such.

Gifts & Gift Cards

If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
