Shipping & Returns


We ship to Sweden and Europe. Standard Shipping in Sweden is 69 SEK and includes free returns. For all orders to the rest of Europe, the shipping cost is 99 SEK. All shipments are sent through the Swedish postal service PostNord, you will receive a tracking number. The parcel will be delivered directly to your mail box. If the parcel is too large it will be delivered to your closest post office and you will be notified when you can pick it up. 

The consumer is responsible for paying any customs fees/taxes for shipments outside of EU.

You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 


With your shipment you will receive a prepaid return note. Put it on the parcel and return your goods free of charge. You can leave it in a postoffice or in a postbox. After we receive the parcel we will make a refund and send you an email. The initial shipment cost will not be refunded. We use the Swedish postal service PostNord for all our shipments.


For customers outside of Sweden the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. Always register your return with our customer support before sending items back. Then send your parcel to Organista Official AB, Birger Jarlsgatan 38, 114 29 Stockholm, Sweden.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Late or missing refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
  • Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Organista cannot administrate exchanges of purchased items. If you want to change the product, color or size, return your product as described above and then place a new order in our shop. Thank you!

If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
